		<description>I am disappointed, however, I am not surprised. Blackberrys are enterprise devices, and Microsoft produces enterprise software. Both companies&#039; primary concern is: 1. Themselves 2. Shareholders 3. Corporate Customers 4. Small Business Accounts 5. The Personal User. As long as we allow Microsoft and RIM to treat us like second class citizens, this shameful mess will continue.</description>
